easiest bet is bandanna's(they make good quilt squares)you can find them online, at bike shops,gas stations,flea markets. however eBay has fabric but its not all cheap.

They have it at Wal-mart….I live in Texas though, not sure of yours but I actually bought some at walmart and made a blanket for my uncle…try there…
